How to make air fryer cheesy zucchini pizza bites
It’s nearly impossible to find a recipe easier than this one! While these cheesy zucchini pizza bites pack a lot of flavor in each bite-sized round, they are made from just a few simple ingredients: zucchini, garlic powder, salt and pepper, parmesan cheese, and canola oil. Then, serve them with marinara sauce to capture that pizza flavor.
This recipe takes about five minutes of prep time and five to seven minutes to cook in the air fryer. In about ten minutes, this crave-able snack is ready to eat!

Air Fryer Cheesy Zucchini Pizza Bites
Ingredients
- 1 zucchini sliced thinly (1/4 inch or 1/8 inch for crispier rounds)
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp canola oil
Instructions
- Place zucchini slices in a medium-sized bowl and toss with canola oil, salt and pepper, and garlic powder.
- Place zucchini slices in a single layer in the air fryer and sprinkle evenly with parmesan cheese.
- Cook in the air fryer for 5-7 minutes at 400 degrees.
- Serve hot with marinara sauce.
