Best of all, they’re easy to make – you can get the whole family involved in these simple treats!

Our Chocolate and Caramel Apple Bites are made with fresh Fuji apples from Sage Fruit. Fuji apples have the perfect flavor to complement the chocolate and caramel in these bites. Pretzels and sea salt give them a salty edge, while Rolos bring all the delectable chocolatey sweetness.

Chocolate and Caramel Apple Bites

Craving something sweet but yet still healthy? Try these Chocolate and Caramel Apple Bites! They will hit the spot, I promise!

Ingredients 

  • 2 Sage Fruit fuji apples
  • 1 package mini pretzels (twists)
  • 1 package Rolos
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1 lemon
  • Toothpicks

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 275 degrees.
  • On a baking sheet, place pretzels in a single laye. Top each pretzel with a Rolo. 
  • Put these in the oven for about 3-5 minutes, or until the candy is soft but not melted. Sprinkle with sea salt.
  • Dice the Fuji apple into 1” chunks. Squeeze a little lemon juice on them if you would like to help keep from turning brown.
  • Place apple chunk on the end of a toothpick and push into one of the Rolo pretzels. Repeat until finished.
