Chicken Bacon Broccoli Kohlrabi “Linguine”
Ingredients
- 6 strips bacon cut into pieces
- 2 chicken breasts cut into strips
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 pkg Mann's Broccoli Florets
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 cup asiago cheese
- 1 pkg Mann's Kohlrabi Linguine
Instructions
- In a large skillet, saute bacon until crispy. Remove from skillet and drain on a paper towel.
- In the same skillet, saute chicken breast strips until brown. Remove from skillet and drain on a paper towel.
- In the same skillet, saute garlic until brown. Cook Mann's Brocoli Florets in the microwave according to package (or cook in 1/4 cup water for 3 minutes). Add broccoli florets to skillet.
- Add milk, water, and asiago cheese to skillet and stir until creamy.
- Cook Mann's Kohlrabi Linguine on stove according to package directions. Add to skillet.
- Add chicken and bacon back into skillet and toss to mix.
- Plate and top with extra bacon and cheese.
