How to Make Broccoli Cole Slaw and Egg Scramble
Begin by adding Mann’s Broccoli Cole Slaw and olive oil to a large skillet and sauté for 2 minutes over medium heat. Season with salt and pepper and stir. Remove from skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, scramble two eggs. Add the Broccoli Cole Slaw back to the skillet and stir to combine with the eggs.
To make breakfast burritos, divide the filling between two tortillas. Top with avocado slices, salsa, sour cream, and cheese. Fold ends of tortilla inward and wrap to create a burrito.
For a breakfast on the go, wrap burritos in foil and head out the door!
