Instructions
  1. Add Mann's Broccoli Cole Slaw and olive oil to a large skillet and sauté for 2 minutes over medium heat. Season with salt and pepper and stir. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, scramble 2 eggs. Add Broccoli Cole Slaw back to skillet and stir to combine with eggs.
  3. Divide filling between two tortillas. Top with avocado slices, salsa, sour cream, and cheese. Fold ends of tortilla inward and wrap to create a burrito. Serve hot.
