Father’s Day is synonymous with grilling so why not celebrate dad with a grilled veggie tray? It’s easy, delicious, and dad will love it!

We have suggested zucchini, carrots, cherry tomatoes, broccoli, bell peppers, and asparagus but feel free to make your own combination using your dad’s favorite veggies. Other great options include eggplant, sweet potatoes, Brussels sprouts, artichoke, mushrooms, and onions.
