Sweet Bell Pepper Smoothie

Ingredients 

  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 handful spinach
  • 1 cucumber small
  • 1/4 cup greek yogurt vanilla
  • 1/4 cup pineapple fresh
  • 1/2 cup orange juice

Instructions 

  • Wash all produce and dice into small pieces
  • Combine all ingredients into a blender and blend on high until the mixture liquefies
  • Check consistency, add more water or orange juice if desired
