Whole Roasted Cauliflower

This recipe is so easy a caveman could do it… if he had an oven 😉

Serving raw cauliflower is wonderful and delicious, but why not spend just a few extra minutes to prepare an exponentially tastier roasted cauliflower appetizer that is sure to be appreciated by the whole family!

Whole Roasted Cauliflower

Prep Time3 minutes
Total Time3 minutes

Ingredients 

  • 1 head cauliflower jacket and stem removed
  • 3/4 cup Greek yogurt salad dressing

Instructions 

  • Wash cauliflower & pat dry, using a knife, remove jacket (green leaves) and stem from the head.
  • Place cleaned & trimmed head of cauliflower on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet.
  • Using a pastry brush, coat the head of cauliflower with the greek yogurt dressing.
  • Cook at 400 degrees for 30-40 minutes, until cauliflower is golden brown.
  • Slice wedges & serve.
