  • 4 tbsp green olive chopped
  • 1-1/2 tsp wine vinegar

Instructions
  1. Cut peppers into 1/2 inch slices. Sauté in olive oil until soft.
  2. Mix in the capers, green olives, wine vinegar, sugar, and oregano. Season with salt and pepper and simmer for 15 minutes.
  3. Chill and serve as an appetizer or side dish.
