How to Store Sage

How To Store Sage: Wrap sage in a barely damp paper towel and place it in a plastic bag. Refrigerate for up to 2 weeks.

How To Freeze Sage: Wash, trim, and chop the sage leaves. Place chopped sage into an ice cube tray and fill with water. Freeze. Once the cubes are frozen solid, you can transfer them to an airtight freezer bag if you wish. For the best taste, use within 6 months.
