Chilled Broccolini with Lemon Pepper Dip
Ingredients
- 1 package Mann's broccolini
- 8 oz sour cream
- 1 1/2 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 1/2 tsp lemon pepper
Instructions
- Blanch broccolini by boiling broccolini for 30 seconds and then cooling it in an ice water bath.
- To make dip, combine sour cream, lemon juice, and lemon pepper. Serve with blanched broccolini.
