  • 1/2 banana frozen
  • 4 oz Plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup vanilla almond milk
  • 1/2 Tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 4-5 ice cubes
  • ground nutmeg for garnish (optional)

Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and sprinkle with a small amount of ground nutmeg.
