She absolutely loves guiding people towards a healthy lifestyle in her nutrition coaching business, Wel (welnourished.com), and helping them discover a healthy relationship with food. When she’s not coaching you can find her staying busy as a mom to her two girls, cooking in the kitchen, sharing her favorite healthy recipes on Instagram (@alyssakayle), or exercising!
