Preheat the oven to 325°. In addition, line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside. Heat the frozen blueberries in a medium saucepan over medium-high heat until they have thawed and become soft. This takes about 3-5 minutes. Remove from the heat and allow the blueberries to cool.

In a large bowl, mix the butter, sugar and light brown sugar together until smooth and creamy.
