– Strawberries – Blueberries – Lemons – Water – Popsicle Molds – Popsicle Sticks
Step 1 First, blend one cup of blueberries in your blender. Then, add some of water if needed to make the blueberries move freely around the blender. Next, add the blended blueberries to popsicle forms while sticking in a popsicle stick. Freeze for a half an hour.
Step 2 Next, squeeze the juice of two lemons into one cup of water. Refrigerate until needed. Pour the lemon water over the frozen blueberries.
Step 3 For the strawberry layer, blend the strawberries and add water if needed. Refrigerate until needed. After 30 minutes with blueberry layer in the freezer, add the lemon layer to the popsicle mold and then freeze for about 1 – 2 hours or until frozen solid. Finally, add the blended strawberries mixture to the popsicle mold. Freeze again for another hour or so to make sure it is solid before serving.
