Ingredients Needed for Green Beans with Crispy Chickpeas

– French Beans from North Bay Produce – Chickpeas – Spices: Garlic Powder, Cayenne Pepper, Cumin and Kosher salt – Olive oil – Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Step 1: Air Frying the chickpeas: Make sure that your chickpeas are dry so that they will get crisp in the air fryer. First, rinse and drain the chickpeas. Then, let them dry on paper towels (usually for about 45 minutes). Air fry the chickpeas for 12 to 14 minutes at 380 degrees, shaking the basket every few minutes. When they are crunchy and golden brown, they’re done.
