Steak & Potato Bites

Step 1: Wash your potatoes, and cut them up into small cubes. Toss them in olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic, paprika, and dried parsley. Air Fry at 400° for 8-10 minutes.

Step 2: Once the potatoes are cooking, cut your steak into about 1 inch cubes. Coat the steak bites in olive oil, soy sauce, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Once the potatoes are cooked, set them aside.  Cook the steak bites in the air fryer at 400 degrees for about 6-7 minutes (this will get them to about medium).

Step 3: Melt your butter and stir in minced garlic, red pepper flakes and dried parsley. Pour the garlic butter over steak bites and serve over the crispy potatoes. Garnish with chopped parsley.

You can store any leftover steak and potatoes in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in an oiled skillet over medium-low heat, in the air fryer at 350° for 2-3 minutes or in the oven at 350° for 8-10 minutes until heated through.
