Instructions
Combine all the ingredients. Add the white beans, drained artichoke hearts, garlic, tahini, salt, pepper, lemon zest, and extra virgin olive oil to a high-speed food processor or blender.
Blend. Process on high for 1–2 minutes, stopping to scrape down the sides as needed, until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy.
Transfer to a serving bowl, drizzle with an extra touch of EVOO or cracked pepper if desired, and serve immediately alongside fresh veggie sticks and pita.
