Ingredients
1/3cupExtra virgin olive oil
2garlic clovescrushed
1tablespoontomato paste
2teaspoonssmoked paprika
1teaspooncrushed pepper flakesmore or less to your liking
1tablespoonflour
1cupvegetable broth
1teaspoonred wine vinegar
Salt and pepperto taste
Instructions
In a medium sized pan or skillet, heat 1/3 cup of olive oil over medium heat. Add in the crushed garlic cloves and cook for about 2 minutes until golden brown. Remove the garlic cloves and set aside.
Lower the heat and whisk in the flour until smooth and the consistency has thickened. Add the tomato paste, smoked paprika and red pepper flakes, stirring until combined.
Slowly begin to add the vegetable broth and whisk the both until smooth and fully incorporated. Whisk in the red wine vinegar and remove from the heat.
Transfer the Patatas Bravas sauce to a bowl or top your Patatas Bravas.
