Ingredients
- 10 oz Cherubs® or Glorys®
- 2 lemons freshly squeezed
- ¼ cup water
Instructions
- Wash and rinse tomatoes
- In a large stock pot, add the tomatoes and water. Bring to a boil for 7-8 minutes.
- Use a colander to remove seeds and skin.
- Bring to room temperature and add lemon juice.
