Mandarain Orange Butterfly
These frozen treats are the perfect intersection of a healthy snack and a DIY craft. They are cold, refreshing, and surprisingly creamy thanks to a hidden dollop of Greek yogurt.

Instructions
Line a sheet pan with parchment paper and lay out your popsicle sticks.
Add the top of the popsicle stick, and add 2 orange segments back to back to make the “wings.”
Add Greek yogurt in the gap between the 2 segments to hold everything together.
Top the yogurt with sprinkles (you can even add some as antennas).
Pop into the freezer until set (approximately 1-2 hours).
Serve, and enjoy!
