1pkgNatureSweet® Dia de Muertos Seasonal Medleyhalved
4jalapeños leave seeds in if you prefer an extra kick
1/2white onionquartered
3garlic clovesminced
1/2 cupcilantrochopped
1limejuiced
2tspground cumin
1 1/2tspkosher salt
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a food processor.Pulse about 10 or so times and until all ingredients are combined and diced. Make sure to stop before the salsa becomes too watery and runny.
Transfer to a bowl and enjoy!
Notes
You can refrigerate salsa for one day prior to serving to allow the flavors to intensify. Salsa will keep for about 1 week in an airtight container or jar in the refrigerator.
