1tsp.lemon juice
½cupcranberries
1 ½tablespoonbuttersmall cubes
1egglightly beaten

Instructions
Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment or a silicone mat and spray with cooking spray. Set aside.
Remove the dough from the refrigerator. Let it stand for 20 minutes. Lightly flour two sheets of waxed paper. Place the dough between 2 sheets and roll out into an 11-inch circle. Brush off the excess flour. Transfer the dough to the prepared baking sheet, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 20 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Core and thinly slice the Envy™apples.
In a medium bowl, mix the apple slices, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, cornstarch and lemon juice. Toss to coat
Remove the dough from the refrigerator and start placing the apples in a circle on the dough. Overlap the slices until you reach the center. Leave at least an inch or two on the edge to roll up the dough.
Roll up the dough around the apples, pleating as you go with your fork.
Brush the dough with the beaten egg (you won’t need all of the egg). Lightly sprinkle coarse sugar over the apples and on the crust.
Scatter the cranberries over the apples and then dot with butter.
Bake for about 35-40 minutes or until the crust is golden and the apples are tender.
