Ingredients
2-4Dandy® celery sticksdiced
1/3CMayonnaise
1large eggbeaten
2tbspdijon mustard
2tspWorcestershire Sauce
1/2tsphot sauce
8ozcrab meat
3/4cpanko bread crumbs
2tbspparsleychopped
Instructions
In a large bowl, mix together the mayo, beaten egg, dijon mustard, worcestershire sauce and hot sauce.
Next, add in the crab meat, panko, parsley and celery.
Divide your crab cakes into 8 equal sections while still in the bowl. This ensures that every crab cake is the same size. Create your cab cakes!
Once the crab cakes are formed, place in the freezer for 15-20 minutes so that the crab cakes firm up. This is also a trick so that your crab cakes don’t fall apart.
Finally, pour oil down on your blackstone, griddle or skillet.
Cook for 3-4 minutes on both sides ensuring you get a nice crust.
