Ingredients
1.5poundsof carrotsdried for best texture
1cucumber
1tub of ranch dipor your favorite creamy dip
Instructions
Spread the ranch dip evenly across the pie plate to create a smooth base. This will be the "court" of your basketball design.
Prepare the cucumber "lines" by slicing it lengthwise into long strips. Cut small slits where the pieces intersect so they fit together neatly, forming the iconic basketball shape.
Arrange the cucumber slices on top of the dip to create the basketball design. Press them gently into the dip to keep them in place.
Add the carrots by placing them around the cucumber lines, filling in the rest of the dip to resemble the orange color of a basketball. Make sure the carrots are dry so they don’t add extra moisture.
Serve and enjoy! This dip pairs perfectly with extra veggies, crackers, or pretzels for dipping.
