4large eggsroom temperature
1cupalmond milkor any milk
1cupall-purpose flour
1tablespoonsugar
1/2teaspoonground nutmeg

1 14ozpackage of Crunch Pak® apple slices
1 12ozpackage of Crunch Pak® pear slices
3tablespoonssugar
Maple syrup
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425°. Place butter in a 10-in. cast iron skillet. Heat in the oven until butter is melted, approximately 2 minutes. Tilt pan to coat evenly with butter.
Place eggs, milk, flour, sugar and nutmeg into a blender. Cover and process until smooth. Pour into hot skillet. Bake until puffed and starting to brown (approximately 15-17 minutes)/
For the topping, heat butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add Crunch Pak® apple slices, Crunch Pak® pear slices and sugar. Cook until the fruit is tender, stirring occasionally (approximately 13-15 minutes)
Remove pancake from oven; fill with fruit mixture and serve immediately. Serve with maple syrup.
