Ingredients
1pintBrussels sproutswashed and trimmed
5-6tbspolive oil
3tbspgarlic
Sea salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400°.
Heat oil in a cast iron skillet over medium high heat. Once hot, place the Brussels sprouts face down in a single layer. Drizzle with olive oil so the salt and pepper stick and top with garlic. Allow for the bottoms to lightly brown.
Place in the oven and continue to cook for about 10-15 minutes, shaking the pan every 5 minutes until the sprouts are tender and roasted to your liking.
