2CPumpkin Seedswashed and dried
2TBSPButter
1TSPSalt
1TSPBlack Pepper
Instructions
Pre heat oven to 400°.
In a medium bowl, place the pumpkin seeds, butter, salt and pepper.
Mix the pumpkin seeds until combined.
Place on a baking sheet ensuring the pumpkin seeds are in an even layer.
Place in a pre-heated 400° oven and bake for 5 minutes for smaller seeds or up to 20 minutes for larger seeds. When the seeds begin to turn a light brown color, they are done baking, remove from the oven and allow to cool.
