Ingredients
2-4Mini Cucumbers
1bunch Green Beans
1bunch Green Onions
16ozMini Sweet Peppers
Instructions
Wash and clean your veggies.
Cut off the ends of the green beans. You will use them as the stems to the flowers. Also, you will use the end of the green onions as your other stems.
Slice your sweet mini peppers. Leave about 2 inches at the end of the pepper, so you can make "tulip" flowers. You will continue to slice the mini peppers completely creating "rings."
Take one of your mini cucumbers and slice off the skin to create a "leaf" of a flower.
With a second mini cucumber, slice it in 1" rounds.
Now, you still start to build your flower vegetable tray. Use both the green beans and the green onions as the stems of the flowers. You will use the mini sweet pepper ends and rings and cucumber rounds as the flower bloom on top. You can add in the cucumber skins as leaves to some of your veggie flowers. We recommend starting from the bottom of the tray and build up.
