2COld Fashioned Oats
¾Milk
¼CChopped Walnuts
2Eggs
¼CMaple Syrup
2tspVanilla Extract
2tspGround Cinnamon
½tspBaking Powder
¼tspSalt
2CFresh Blueberries
Instructions
Add the oats, milk, walnuts, eggs, maple syrup, vanilla, cinnamon, baking powder and salt. Ensure to break the eggs up first to help making incorporating the eggs easier when mixing.
In a 8x8 casserole dish, prep with non-stick baking spray.
Layer half the oat mixture into the bottom of the casserole dish into an even layer.
Top with half the blueberries.
Layer the remaining oat mixture ensure it’s even.
Add the last of the blueberries on top.
Bake at 350° for 25-35 minutes until set and golden brown.
