Nice cream is a nickname for frozen blended bananas. We’ve used it to put our own twist on ice cream with this Banana Nice Cream Sundae! You’ll love the cool, creamy texture and sweet, fruity flavor of this classic treat reimagined.
Blend frozen bananas into a blender until smooth (add water if needed).
Spoon the banana into a bowl. It should be the consistency of frozen yogurt.
Add Triple Berry Jam and chocolate syrup.
Add all of your other toppings: Rice Krispies, sprinkles, raspberries.
Top with whipped cream and cherry.

Jam
Combine berries in a large saucepan set over medium heat. Bring to a boil, mashing berries with a wooden spoon. Add lemon juice and continue to boil for 1 minute. Add sugar and cook, stirring constantly, until jam thickens enough to coat the spoon. Remove from heat and transfer to a dish to cool. Jam will continue to thicken as it cools, about 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
