1cupblueberries
1/2cupraspberries
1/2cupblackberries
2cupscoconut milk
1tspvanilla
2tbspmaple syrup
1/2cupchia seeds
Instructions
In a blender, combine chia seeds, blueberries (reserving a few forthe top of each cup) coconut milk, maple syrup, and vanilla untilcombined.
Ladle mixture into 4 ramekins or small glass dishes.
Cover with plastic wrap and chill half hour to set up.
Top with fresh berries divided up between the 4 cups.
