2small beefsteak tomato (or any red slicer tomato variety)sliced

Instructions
Cut zucchini into half-inch rounds. Toss with olive oil, salt and pepper. Place on a pre-heated grill at medium-high heat. Grill for approximately 5 minutes on both sides, until grill marks form. Remove from grill.
Arrange tomatoes, mozzarella, and basil leaves on a platter. Add grilled zucchini on top. Drizzle with olive oil, balsamic glaze, and additional salt and pepper.
Notes
Balsamic vinaigrette can be substituted for the balsamic glaze.
