Olives with Peppers

Ingredients

bell peppers
1/4
cup
olive oil
4
tbsp
capers
4
tbsp
green olives
chopped
1-1/2
tsp
wine vinegar
1
tsp
sugar
1/2
tsp
oregano
chopped
salt and pepper
to taste
Instructions
Cut peppers into 1/2 inch slices. Sauté in olive oil until soft.
Mix in the capers, green olives, wine vinegar, sugar, and oregano. Season with salt and pepper and simmer for 15 minutes.
Chill and serve as an appetizer or side dish.
