raspberries

garlic
peeled & minced

shallot
peeled & minced

white balsamic vinegar

olive oil
extra virgin
salt and pepper
to taste
Instructions
Put the raspberries and white balsamic vinegar in a blender and puree until smooth.
Pour into a bowl and whisk in the garlic and shallots.
Slowly drizzle in the extra virgin olive oil, whisking constantly.
Season with salt and pepper.
