Escarole Fruit Salad

honey

hazelnut oil

olive oil

escarole leaves

apple
slices

pear
slices
gorgonzola cheese
almonds
Instructions
Mix vinegar, garlic cloves, hazelnut oil, olive oil, salt, pepper, and honey in a large bowl. Then remove garlic gloves.
Toss escarole, almonds, apple, and pear.
Top with gorgonzola or feta cheese.
