Dressing Ingredients

lemon juice
freshly squeezed

Toppings

lettuce
chopped
parmigiano-reggiano cheese
(or other hard cheese) grated for garnish
parsley
for garnish
Instructions
Mix dressing ingredients together.
Mix all salad ingredients together and toss with dressing.
Make a bed of lettuce and top with salad/dressing mixture.
Garnish with Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese and parsley.
