Wash plums, remove pits, and chop into bit-sized pieces. Mash 1 tablespoon of plums. Set aside in a small bowl.
Chop gren onions, red pepper, basil, and jalapeno and place in a medium sized mixing bowl. Add lime juice and chili powder. Stir to combine and then add in plums. Stir to combine.
Place goat cheese on slices of baguette and top with plum salsa.
