Asparagus With Parmesan

Ingredients

asparagus

cup
water

cloves
garlic

olive oil

Parmesan cheese
salt and pepper
to taste
Instructions
Wash asparagus and break off the stems. (To trim asparagus, gently bend each spear until it snaps).
Place asparagus in a hot pan with water and garlic. Cover with lid and cook for 4-6 minutes.
Remove lid and drizzle asparagus with olive oil and top with parmesan cheese. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
