Trilogy of Veggie Dips

Trying to boost your family's veggie intake? Delicious veggie dips are a smart way to do just that.

Easy and fun, these three dips are loved by adults and kids alike. Enjoy each dip by itself or serve all three together at larger gatherings and parties.

Ingredients for Lemon Whipped Feta Dip:

– Feta cheese – Greek yogurt – Mayonnaise – Lemon zest – Garlic chopped – Italian seasoning – Black pepper

Combine all ingredients in a food processor. Blend until smooth. Transfer mixture to a bowl and garnish with a lemon wedge.


Ingredients for Green Goddess Veggie Dip:

– Fresh basil leaves – Fresh chives  – Fresh tarragon – Lemon peel  – Mayo – Greek yogurt – Lemon juice

Combine basil, chives, tarragon, lemon peel in a food processor and blend for 5-10 seconds. Add the rest of ingredients and blend until smooth.


Ingredients for Roasted Red Pepper Veggie Dip:

– Red bell peppers – Olive oil – Chickpeas  – Sour cream – Garlic diced – Lemon juice – Cumin

Preheat the oven to 450 degrees. Roast the red bell peppers in the oven for 15-20 minutes by cutting them into quarters and drizzling with olive oil.


Allow bell peppers to cool. Peel the skin off once they've cooled down. Blend the bell pepper until smooth. Add in the remaining ingredients and pulse until well blended.
