Step 1 Use a mandolin to slice your apples.  Place the apple slices evenly on your serving platter or plate, ensuring not to overlap.

Step 2 Use a large spoon to mix the gorgonzola, pecans, and cranberries in a small mixing bowl until evenly combined.

Step 3 Use a teaspoon to scoop out some of the gorgonzola mixture and place it on top of one of your apple slices. Use the back of the spoon to spread the mixture evenly. Repeat until all of your apple slices are layered with the cheese mixture.

Step 4 Drizzle each fruit bruschetta with honey by moving your hand back and forth from side to side or up to down as you squeeze the bottle. And serve!
