Roasted Tomatoes

Put a savory twist on a classic ingredient by roasting your tomatoes.

With this simple recipe, you can add Roasted Tomatoes to sandwiches, salads, and many more delicious dishes.


– tomatoes – olive oil – balsamic vinegar – garlic cloves – sugar – kosher salt – freshly ground black pepper


Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F. In a small bowl, combine minced garlic, sugar, salt and pepper.


Arrange the tomatoes on a sheet pan, cut sides up, in a single layer. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Sprinkle seasoning mixture on the tomatoes.


Roast for 25 to 30 minutes, until the tomatoes are concentrated and beginning to caramelize.
