Ingredients

AUTUMNCRISP® grapes thyme olive oil balsamic vinegar salt and pepper to taste to serve: baguettes thins and balsamic glaze

Step 1: Rinse your grapes under cool, running water for 30 seconds to a minute and dry with a paper towel. Use food-grade kitchen scissors to cut half of your cluster of grapes into smaller clusters and place them on a baking sheet.

Step 2: Pull the other half of your grapes off the stem and cut them in half with a knife. Set aside to garnish your burrata board during assembly. Step 3: Place your thyme sprigs around your baking sheet on top of the grape clusters. Step 4: Drizzle the olive oil over your grapes by placing your thumb over the top of the bottle. Then drizzle balsamic vinegar over the grapes as well. Use your fingers to sprinkle your grapes evenly with salt and pepper. Step 5: Roast your grapes at 425℉ for 10-15 minutes. You’ll know it’s ready when the grape skin becomes crisp and the cheese is melty.
