Next, in a separate bowl, microwave the dark chocolate in 30 second increments. Stir in between until the chocolate is fully melted. Add the pomegranate arils with the chocolate and mix until combined.

On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, place a tablespoon of the chocolate covered pomegranate seeds. Repeat this process until the mixture is gone. Allow the chocolate to harden, about 10-15 minutes before enjoying!
