– 1 cup all-purpose flour – 1 tsp baking powder – 1/2 cup smooth peanut butter – 2 bananas – 2 eggs – 4 tbsp water – 1/2 cup shredded Carrots – canned whipped cream – 12 dog treats
Step 1 Preheat the oven to 400 degrees and line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
Step 2 Sift together flour and baking powder. Set aside.
Step 3 In large bowl or standing mixer, mix together peanut butter, bananas, eggs, and water until well combined.
Step 4 Add the flour mixture into the wet mixture and mix until smooth. Fold in the carrot shreds.
Step 5 Fill cupcake liners about two-thirds of the way full and bake for 15 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean. Bake mini cupcakes for 8-10 minutes.
Step 6 Remove cupcakes for the oven and allow them to cool completely. Once cooled, top with whipped cream and garnish with a small dog treat.
