Making these lemon ice cubes couldn’t be any easier, yet it adds such a fun flair to drinks. Not only does it look pretty, but as the ice cube melts, extra lemon is released keeping your drink flavorful. From the first sip to the last, your drink remains cooling and hydrating.
– 1 lb frozen pineapple – 1/2 cup canned coconut milk – 1/2 cup orange juice
– 2-3 lemons – 2-3 mint leaves optional – water
Step 1 Use a paring knife to peel thin strips of lemon peel and place some into each compartment of your ice cube tray.
Step 2 Squeeze a small amount of fresh lemon juice into each compartment of your ice cube tray.
Step 3 OPTIONAL: Add torn mint leaves to each compartment of your ice cube tray.
Step 4 Fill the ice cube tray with water and freeze until frozen solid. Remove from tray and add to your beverage of choice.
