Ingredients

– 4 flour tortillas soft – 1 tbsp butter – 1 tsp cinnamon – 3 tbsp sugar – 8 tbsp whipped cream cheese – 1 tbsp honey – 1/2 cup strawberry – 1/2 mango – 1 kiwi – 1/4 cup blueberries

Step 1 Place the number of tortillas you are using to create your tacos in the microwave or skillet to warm up.

Step 2 Next, melt butter in a microwave safe bowl.

Step 3 Mix together the cinnamon and sugar. Brush the tortilla on one side with butter and sprinkle with the cinnamon and sugar mixture.

Step 4 Place in a taco holder or use the back side of a muffin tin to hold your taco shell in place.

Step 5 Cut up your choice of fruit. While this recipe calls for strawberries, mango, kiwi, and blueberries, you can substitute whatever fruit you you have on hand.

Step 6 Put half of the strawberries in a blender or food processor and purée with a dash of cinnamon and sugar to make “strawberry salsa”. You may need to add a tablespoon of water to help blend.

Step 7 Melt butter in a small sauce pan. Add cinnamon and sugar. In a cast iron skillet, warm the tortillas. Once warmed, use a pastry brush to apply butter, cinnamon, and sugar mixture to one side of each tortilla.

Step 8 Add 2 tablespoons of whipped cream cheese to each tortilla. Drizzle honey over cream cheese. Add fruit and drizzle with “strawberry salsa.”
