– 1 pint North Bay blueberries washed and rinsed – 1 1/2 cups SELF-RISING Flour – 1 pint vanilla ice cream super soft, melted – 1/2 cup Multi-colored sprinkles for topping
Step 1 Add softened ice cream to a large mixing bowl.
Step 2 Add in Self-Rising Flour and mix well.
Step 3 Fold in pint of blueberries.
Step 4 Line loaf pan with parchment + Nonstick spray. Pour in the batter. Top with sprinkles.
Step 5 Bake at 350 F for 35-40 minutes. Cool, cut and enjoy!
