Fluffy, creamy, and tropical — this ambrosia salad recipe is an easy fruit dessert that satisfies any sweet tooth craving. It’s an easy, make-ahead treat that can satisfy a large crowd or last you during the week. With just enough sweet ingredients paired with nutritious fruits, it’s both a mom and kid-approved recipe.

Ingredients

- heavy whipping cream - granulated sugar - plain Greek yogurt - AUTUMNCRISP® grapes - canned mandarin oranges - pineapple tidbits - maraschino cherries - mini marshmallows - shredded sweetened coconut

Step 1: Beat the whipping cream in a stand mixer or with electric beaters in a large mixing bowl for 1-2 minutes. Continue beating the whipping cream until stiff peaks form, and slowly pour in the granulated sugar as it beats.

Step 2: Cut each AUTUMNCRISP® grape in half with a knife and fold them into the whipped cream and yogurt mixture with a spatula. Drain the canned oranges, pineapples, and cherries and add them to a large serving bowl. Add the mini marshmallows and shredded coconut to the serving bowl as well. Fold the whipped cream mixture into the serving bowl with a spatula.

Step 3: Chill for at least 30 minutes in the fridge, and then serve!
