Step 1 Place your eggs in the bottom of the air fryer basket. Set your Air Fryer to 250° and cook for 15-17 minutes. When finished, allow  the eggs to sit in the Air Fryer for 2-3 minutes.

Step 2 In a large bowl, add ice and cold water. Place the hard boiled eggs in the ice bath and allow them to cool for 5 minutes.

Step 3 Gently remove the egg shell from the egg. We use the ice bath to give the hard boiled egg a quick rinse to ensure there is no more egg shell pieces. Place egg yolks in a bowl.

Step 4 In a bowl, pour beet juice until it’s 3/4 of the way full. Carefully place a few of the egg whites in the bowl. Use a fork to “dunk” each egg so that it colors the egg evenly. Allow them to sit for 3-5 minutes to achieve a dark color. The longer you let the eggs sit, the darker the color will become.

Step 5 Using a fork, set the hard boiled egg on paper towels and allow to dry completely.
