Step 4 In a bowl, pour beet juice until it’s 3/4 of the way full. Carefully place a few of the egg whites in the bowl. Use a fork to “dunk” each egg so that it colors the egg evenly. Allow them to sit for 3-5 minutes to achieve a dark color. The longer you let the eggs sit, the darker the color will become.
