theproducemoms.com

We had to share this Homemade Granola Bar recipe with you! It’s soft and chewy with a hint of sweetness from dried fruit, chocolate chips, and honey.

Most homemade recipes, including this Homemade Granola Bar recipe, are cheaper, in the long run, to make from scratch. You probably already have most of the base ingredients.

– Rolled Oats – Almonds – Honey – Unsalted Butter – Brown Sugar – Vanilla Extract – Sea Salt

Instructions

Start by toasting your almonds and oats on a baking sheet at 350°F for 8-10 minutes, mixing halfway through. Transfer to a bowl and set aside.

Heat your honey, butter, brown sugar, vanilla, and sea salt in a saucepan over medium heat. Once it starts to bubble, take your pan off of the heat.

Mix your granola and your butter mixture together in a large bowl. Once cooled, pour the entire granola mixture into a lined square baking dish. Chill for 2 hours.
